The Ministry is going to hell. I’m so glad that I didn’t get involved in it. Business with liquor is much safer. Although, since everything’s begun mucking up, I’ve been getting even more business than usual. Funny how that happens. When everything goes to shite, people drink away their problems. You have to worry about the binge drinkers though. They’re not happy about my limits, but a guy’s got to do what’s best for everyone in the end, no matter if it does cause people to get a bit tetchy…I went to the Derrick girl’s funeral today. It’s tragic what happened to her. River looked awful. Seemed to appreciate that I came to support her though. I feel bad for the kid…and for that bloke of hers.
